I see your true colors, that's why I love you

Its been awhile to blog.
Hi everyone, Summer here back again with a new post.

Well, I actually did typed a lot a month ago.
I saved it but I lost it. Cant find it back and I dont know why.
The post was describing my portfolio, interview and presentation, plus some information about interior design course, my thought about choosing this course.
I lost it anyway.
I dont feel like typing the same thing again but I will definitely rewrite the main story.
That was important to me.
Just imagine when I look back to my blog post and find out the reason why I decided to study, refreshing back the college memory, knowing that I have good friend like Raymond,Stephanie and Lulu when I was 19 and realize how passionate I was (when I feel down in the future?).
That will be very motivating I guess.

Here I am, sitting in front of laptop in my cold bedroom, listening to True Colors by Justin Timberlake and Anna Kendrick, originally by Cyndi Lauper.
Justin and Anna actually kinda did cover of True Colors, for the soundtrack of Trolls movie.
Justin and Anna did so damn well. It sounds like a whole new song, very different version.
I found out the music video of True colors by Cyndi Lauper was uploaded 8 years ago (2009), but I think that song and the style of music video (the clothes, quality of video, the make up style and everything) wasnt look so '2009'.
I scrolled the comments of the MV, then I am now sure that it was 80'S.
(I'd love to read the comments and I learnt many from the comment section)
Cyndi Lauper has such a great voice. Her vocal is one of a kind.

I knew this song from Stephanie.
She introduce it to me at Masjid Jamek LRT station, probably 5 or 6 months ago.
She said: Listen to this! Justin Timberlake is so talented. I didnt know he can sing this well.
Steph placed her phone near to my ear (lrt station is always noisy), I can't really focus but the rhythm is so amazingly good.
Noted down the song title then I listened it after I reached home.
Then, I cant stop repeating.

The lyrics is so simple but so deep and meaningful.
Simple vocab, short phase, deep, very deep.

Too deep to just analyze and writing the meaning from words, lol.
Forgot to mention that Justin is pure talented and Anna has such a good voice.
The guitarist is so important too (from the live show).
You can see how much enjoyment he had when he was playing it from his face.


Steph likes 80's ad 90's style of music, and she influenced me quite a lot.
Her family influenced her a lot.
Sometimes I listen to The Rolling Stones, Queen, ABBA.
I didnt listen to that before Stephanie asked me to try Bohemian Rhapsody by Queen.
Pop and EDM music takes our mind now so when I first listened to the 80's, I feel weird.
Now I found Queen and ABBA are very cool.
Its so good to have friends that are different from ourselves so you will know more stuffs from their different opinions and hobbies.
Well, we have some common too I think. We love Disney and High School Musical. Count? lol
I didnt know ABBA and Queen until Steph introduced to me anyway.
Look, I can know how little I know about music from this perspective.
I have so many things to know and learn.
